Ripple Effect - Print

Artwork Meaning:

This Design is based on Colossians chapter 3:12-14.

The centre dot represents the individual (you) who is then clothed with the attributes of God mentioned in verse 12

The circle around the centre dot represents tender-hearted mercy. The next circle represents kindness.

The humility, gentleness, patience and finally love.

From the outer circle (love) there are streams that follow out showing how love reaches out to others.

The colourful circles represent the community in which we live (family, friends, neighbours and work colleagues).

The white seen throughout the design represents forgiveness both God’s forgiveness for us and our forgiveness of others.

God is represented by the blue dots and his attributes and love flows through everything.

This artwork was painted to help illustrate the message of loving the church and to help remind people that they can have a positive and loving influence on the people around them when they cloth themselves with the attributes of God mentioned in this passage.
